      Office staff very rude along with being ignorant...I have Erie ins.his staff told me they work for benigh NOT Erie..really......They are anything but truthful...staff hung up on me 5-6 times when they lied to me..DO NOT USE THE AGENT!!!

      Don, my staff hung up the phone because you were swearing and being extremely crude to them. You said things to them that I am not going to post in my reply. You told one of my agents that you were going to punch her in the face. You told my agents that you were going to harass them. Then, you began calling the office and would hang up on them. You also swore at the claims adjuster who was handling your claim. They were correct in telling you that they don't work for Erie Insurance, we represent many insurance companies. They work for The Beneigh Insurance Group, and they are excellent people and fantastic insurance agents. And they certainly don't have to tolerate the way they were treated.
