  We can't thank Craig Cook and Ellie Clements and the entire Acre Mortgage team enough for all they have done for us! We started the process a couple years ago and pulled the plug when we realized it just wasn't financially the right time, only to do so again once more. They stood by us patiently, updated documents as needed, and were very supportive giving us all the information we needed (and even information we didn't know we needed!). When we were finally ready to pull the trigger, they worked fast and furious day and night. They were on the phone and putting numbers together late evening as we submitted bids on various homes, and when we finally had an offer accepted they made it such a smooth process. The roller coaster of emotions when buying and selling your home is definitely not a joy ride, but having Acre Mortgage by our side made it so much easier.   The mortgage team at Acre is hands down the best. Going above and beyond and achieving every goal and hurdle that came up. Between communication and being open about every aspect of buying a home, Craig and Ellie were top notch. For sure would use again and will definitely recommend them to others.

  My wife and I recently purchased a house with the help of Acre Mortgage. They were professional every step of the way and provided a great wealth of knowledge through conversations and informational videos. The team made sure to do frequent check ins to follow up with us and answer any questions we may have had through the process. They also ensured mentally we were good, which meant a lot to my wife and I as many will come to know buying a house can be daunting. Acre mortgage worked hard to get us a great rate in a market that we witnessed first hand change in the blink of an eye.
