  75% of the people at this place are rude, unprofessional, and/or condescending. The management doesn't care and doesn't respond to complaints. I grimace whenever I have to call them, afraid that "Nick" will be the one to pick up, he likes to argue with the customers and he's also extremely unprofessional in every way there is. He's the worst, but he's far from the only one, it emanates from the top management all the way through the organization. Additionally, they don't listen to their customers at all. All their talk about hometown values and small town attitude are just talk, they're way worse than the big banks. Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank.

  Every time I go into the bank or call on the phone, I receive excellent service. They are focused on me and my request, are friendly, and very professional. I could go to another branch, but I choose the Ashland office because of the quality of their service.
