I would give 0 stars but not an option. When a customer calls for information on a loan, they need to give the customer all the information not wait till we are there then say you need $500 in direct deposit on one statement or that you need a printed bank statement or be able to verify through their link not just on mobile banking, tried twice to use their service and every time its an issue and they are not friendly at all, customer service is customer service no matter what industry so get some people that smile and are friendly then train them correctly to give all information if a customer is calling and not waste their time and gas coming across town

This lady named Sheri faked as a manager so that I could not pick up my western union, been here multiple times and used my school ID with my social which has my name and picture on it. The lady’s who window I went to was going to take it then Sheri with this attitude says it can not be done because they type in your information which was not true since I’ve done it multiple times before ! This place is a scam and the “fake store manager SHERI has the worst customer service I’ve seen” would not recommend definitely go somewhere else
