They do not back their customers at all. Had fraud charge on account and they stated it is not fraud due to I have charges at the same location. Yeah probably do and probably where my card info was stolen. Ridiculous service and the employees want to get rude when you are trying to figure out why they are allowing fraudulent charges on your account. Do not bank with them. I have since left and bank with Hancock who actually backs their customers.
