Customer service is the worst, I’ve had my account with them for about a year and I’m closing it today. Their atms are useless! You need to deposit? You can’t. You need to take money out? You can’t most of the time. Called the customer support number and requested to stop all transactions because I took my money out and was out of town, the didn’t do it so my account went to negative and now I have to pay $100+ to close the account!! And of course, they sent me to the local bank because they could “help me” remove some of the overdraft fees and the customer service girl was so clueless of what she was doing she had to call the manager who got an attitude with me instead of really try to help. I never really liked that bank but it’s just so sad that you try to support a local service and they do nothing for you.
