      Never will use again. I refinanced after 18 months of my purchase. Found out my deed was not clean. This was stated by my banks legal counsel and my attorney handling the refinance. The closing specialist maintain that they did everything correctly and if I’d have gone through them, there would be no problem. So in other words, the deed would still be all messed up as they would have not fixed their own initial mistakes. My refinance drug out 6 months until the matter was rectified. You pay a hefty closing cost, make sure you have a reputable company to dot the i’s and cross the T’s. This company did far from that. It was a mess. The only positive thing was that I did refinance so soon and much information was fresh and easily traced. 20 years down the road would have been even more difficult to fix.
