  Chad, Ben, John, and Clint were outstanding. I don't think we could have hit more bumps and hiccups across the way but they did everything within the mortgage broker space and more to make my deal happen and help where they could. Chad and Ben were there not only to help on this deal but also answered many questions outside of their regular scope. The guys made themselves available after hours and on the weekends every time. I can't recommend them enough when it comes to professionalism and quality.

  Working with Chad, Ben and the rest of the Colorado Mortgage Team was the best choice! My financial position combined with other issues made me a complicated client and I knew I had to have a pro on my side to make my dream of being a homeowner in Denver a reality. These guys strategically crafted a plan for me to buy and it worked! The seller countered with a sooner closing and the team agreed to make it happen which got me under contract. They did it with the greatest support and transparency. I was supported through every step and Chad and Ben had my best interests at heart, making sure I would get the best deal possible on my loan. Main points that I wanted to mention : - Transparency - provided with detailed roadmap of the process. - Guidance - Zoomed in and explained role and expected input/output for each of the stages. - Responsiveness - throughout the entire process remained available via phone and zoom. Clearly answered all the questions I had along the way. - Reliability - all the initial deadlines for qualification and processing, disclosures etc for the approval/appraisal/documents were met with surgical precision. - Openness and care - gave a ton of advice to me (first time home buyer) as to what to pay attention to when picking insurance, etc. And they will continue to have my back... monitoring my loan and will advise me on future methods to improve the outlook of my investment.
