My bank (huntington)deposited a check from my neighbor to wrong. They took $600 too much. WE CAUGHT IT and notified them, 6 days later they write a letter saying THEY(huntington) caught it and fixed it. They took it back out but never returned it to my so neighbor went Lori at CSB. She called Huntington and waited on hold to talk to someone from who knows where and then 3 way called me AFTER the lengthy wait. Lori was absolutely kind and polite in a situation where they have no fault. I will inquire about changing banks.

They really make you feel like you can trust in their trust because usually Banks will not go out of their way to help you outside of anyting and they are so unfeeling and uncaring at other Banks now this Commercial Savings Bank and Janae Eaton Ohio I do believe took the time to help me out when I really needed help they put things to the side and really made people feel like they actually care about the people they're taking care to build a trust upon the trust that they're building a little witticism for you but this is some good people so if you ever feel like you want to get away from machines and you want to connect back to society and people and not have to be feel so disconnected even though not alone you can come to this bank and feel like you're talking to family and I love it
