      The staff here is great. Very helpful and friendly. They have a mobile banking app which is very convenient and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this bank is the lobby hours are only 9a-4p Mon-Thurs which is not convenient at all for my schedule.

      If I could give zero stars I would have. Worst experience with a bank. My savings account got escheated which means they sent my money to the state due to inactivity. How I found out? When I got my account statement in the mail and saw they withdrew my money and I was now a zero balance. You'd think at least an attempt at a phone call would have been made, but nope. Now to get my money back I will have to contact the state to get it back. And of course I tried, but the state has no record of this yet. Not using this bank ever again. And I'm sure when the state gets around to posting my money I will have to pay a fee to get it back. Thanks for nothing. Because someone didn't do their due diligence at the bank, I now have this headache to straighten out.
