      If I could post a negative, I would. This bank does NOT work with people and now during this time of national crisis, they are even worse. Our restaurant was closed due to COVID19 for over 3 months and according to the CARES Act they were not supposed to charge late charges or report to the credit bureau. They did both! They also would not allow a deferment during the disaster. Terrible bank! They should be ashamed. People are suffering and they have no compassion at all.
