  Some of the people are friendly, but the services are highly outdated. We can only pay ACH over the phone on our loan we have through them. I hate doing that, because it takes forever to clear our bank, so instead we drive to Springfield once a month to make payments. I know we could mail them in, but I dont trust that either. We had an checking account with them and because we didn't use it at stores they closed it. Never told us or anything. We had used cash app to transfer money to that account a couple times when we where out of town to make our payment, so that was convenient, until this last time. We tried it and didn't work, that's when we called and they said they closed our account for lack of activity. Their system definitely needs to be updated. The bank we go through for my car takes debit and we can transfer from one bank to the next. Unless I missed something, can't do that here. It is very inconvenient.

  We apologize that you were not informed that we do accept debit and credit cards over the telephone for payments. This service has recently been added within the last month as we want to make it convenient for our members to conduct their business. We are also currently in the process of getting this service added to our website. Our desire is to stay abreast of technology and bring those services to our membership.
