      Just closed on our home and thanks to Dave Brown and his team (thanks Monica) we were able to complete all the paperwork worry free. We have not purchased a home in 20 years and with everything so competitive we weren't to positive we would qualify in todays market. Dave took the time to hear my concerns and even ensured I would be able to use my VA benefits. Dave and Monica work well together the communication was easy, even if I had a minor question they were responding. Dave sends videos of what each step entails. Plus Dave took the time to list all the loan options. I would use this team again and would recommend to friends and family. Great experience. Still cant believe we got the home we wanted, Thanks Dave
