  This is a scam. She will get your money for free as she does not provide the services she advertises. She thinks she can rip everyone off. Unfortunately for her, not everyone is uneducated. I will sue your company for false advertising. Now, I understand why you refused to set the first meeting up at your office. Communication between your clients and you should be a priority. When you set up phone calls, make sure you call them. If you are not available, at least send a message to them. I want a full refund. I am looking forward to seeing you and/or your lawyer in court.

  We take these matters very seriously. We value the opinions of our clients. In this particular case we have exhausted all options and issued the client a 1 month refund on services rendered since signing up for the 6 month program in September 2020. The process takes at least 6 months. We understand that we cannot guarantee or meet the concerns of every client we assist at the pace they prefer, and we have been more than upfront and honest with our clients before signing up on our services that it takes time and we are prepared to provide supporting documentation to prove this. The matter is considered resolved; as stated a partial refund was issued for services and time allotted on behalf of the client; however, the firm has forwarded the claim to our Attorneys for review in an effort to protect the reputation and integrity of our services and hard work.
