Unfortunately you can't give negative stars. Stay very far away from this bank. As previous reviews noted no one will ever return a call or an email. I seriously don't understand how they stay in business or how anyone keeps their jobs. As a veteran I would be embarrassed to admit that this was a veteran owned company.

I would not even give this a one star excpet that is the only way to get the post comment int. Their contact George Kallas, lied to us several times, and kept ignoring us then told us due to covid their offices were closed so he could not rewrite out loan as the interest rates when up and said if we did not accept we would pay even higher saying he only had 2 hrs to lock in after he put us off for three times, never returned calls kept saying he would get paperwork to us Then nothing, would not return calls. Just not good business, and if they lie now no telling what would happen . No way
