  I just had a horrible experience with Federal Savings Bank employee Jonathan Hugger Vice President. The arrogance in his voice when I asked a question. Most of our communications have been by text. I asked if he could call me to answer a few questions. He treated me as if I was disturbing him. He went off about fraud. Why would you think I would commit fraud, Jonathan? Just because I asked about adding my partner to the mortgage. When I expressed my disappointment in his tone and accusation, Jonathan responded, do what you have to do, reviews, calls, whatever. "I don't care and ended the call." Wow!!!!!!!
