      I am a former client of Ferrucci and Co. The company made two recommendations to me in 2008. The first was to invest 500K in Spectrum Fund, a feeder fund for Bernie Madoff. This investment was made3 months before Madoff was arrested and all monies were lost. The other recommendation was to put 250K in Triton Pacific, a private equity fund that has no liquidity or control with respect to the assets. Ferrucci and Co. received a 15K commission for having me commit and I will be lucky to get back 60% of that investment back by the time the fund winds down in 2018. In summation, my 750K is now worth approximately 160K over seven years later. After this occurred, Ferrucci & Co. decided they needed to charge me more as my asset base had decreased due to their advice. I declined and moved my assets elsewhere. To this day I have never received a written apology for their actions. In summation,based on my experiences, I believe David and Paul Ferrucci to be nice guys who are poorly equipped to manage other people's monies. The firm was founded by their father and they are second generation owners.
