  Garrett Faulconer has been my coach for a year and a half now, and in that time I have incredible strides in my financial confidence and literacy with his help. He was exactly the cool, calm and collected coach I needed to be able to address the issues I had without anxiety. With his coaching and the Financial Gym method, I had a real structure and plan that allowed me as a self-employed business owner to feel a sense of control and ownership over it all. I went into the program with a laundry list of chaos. I now have a credit score higher than ever, and have paid off every negative debt with ease. I am headed toward buying a home, which felt out of reach before our time working together. Garrett is gifted in his ability to support and encourage. I recommend anyone to give this program a try, even a year, for a real overhaul of your financial systems. There is no bigger gift to yourself. And ask for Garrett, he's the best one.

  I really wanted to like this place, and still want give it a chance actually. I was canceled with my advisor due to rescheduling several appointments. I tried to reach out yo my advisor Bevin to discuss my reasons for rescheduling ( I had emergency spinal surgery and had a pretty difficult recovery), she did not respond to my emails, instead I think she complained to a supervisor who then reached out to me and said, that it would be best to work with another advisor, and canceled my next appointment that I had with her. I was so disappointed by the lack of empathy and I really didn’t want to work with anyone else. Like I said I still want to give this place try but God forbid I have another emergency surgery in the future.

  While our initial meeting with our coach was fine , we were told we would have quarterly meetings and check ins. We did not hear from our coach for 6 months and was sent a very generic email not tailored to us. We ended up cancelling our membership but paid for 6 months of coaching to only have 1 call. In our cancellation email we requested to have 1 final meeting but they cancelled without setting it up. Overall, disappointed that we paid hundreds of dollars for 1 45 minute call. But, the 1 call we had went well. Feels like a waste of money when the whole point of the program is how to make smart financial decisions.
