  Hate having to do this. But my viewpoint has definitely changed over the last few months about this bank. While Stacy, Kacey, Gracie and everyone are great. I am left questioning the integrity of individuals higher up. Specifically at the “home location” in upper Sandusky Ohio. Jennifer made my decision for me today. After having to deal with Misti at the Delaware ave location with intentions of a loan. I’ve discovered that this bank. It’s brand specifically only wants to cater to those who are rich and well to do. Regardless of our discussion and their decisions my banking experience with Misti Hayden and Jennifer Ronin were far from being personal. I’m a very direct individual. I expect nothing less than honesty. And directness. However dealing with Misti and Jennifer I found that I couldn’t get a direct answer. They bounced around the subjects of my questions. Being a disabled individual with limited assets has everything to do with their decision. They have made it very clear; with or without established credit; if you’re not rich; they aren’t interested in helping you improve your life. More than anything I personally feel as if I have been judged by both statements that were made by Misti and Jennifer as well as the actions Jennifer made to have her calls screened and avoiding me and the situation at all cost. And I know this to be factual. As a friend of mine was at her location today when I called. Maddie was told “tell him I’m not at my desk” and she very much was. And had even made it a point to greet my friend at the door today. According to my friend. Socializing with customers appeared more important; than taking my call. Again. This review is a reflection of what occurred by members of 2 other branches. And how I have been judged and treated. When I voiced my opinion to Jennifer and to Misti. I was told “I’m sorry you feel that way!” I would suggest both Misti and Jennifer refresh themselves on the US ECOA codes. Because after my dealings with them I truly feel as if I have been violated on a personal level; by their statements, actions and over all intentions with my interactions. It is what it is. This review is how I feel on a personal level about the overall practices of the higher up individuals involved. Social injustice and inequality stem from individuals with their state and frame of mind. People who feel above others because of job title and amount they get paid feel entitled to make someone feel as I feel right now. Belittled; discouraged and violated. I’d strongly suggest First Citizens National Bank review the ethics guidelines under the US ECOA codes. And evaluate how they treat and speak to individuals. Especially telling someone they have and I quote Misti and Jennifer “Zero net-worth”. And Jennifer lying to a customer; having her calls screened while having a personal conversation with a friend of mine show both lack of professionalism and lack of sense of duty. Both raise question of integrity. And if I have to question anyone’s integrity with a bank. I need to reconsider my financial future and my future security. Is it safe in the hands of an individual with questionable integrity?
