      This bank lacks customer service and blatant knowledge of good banking. Miscalculation of my loan and the “assistant” wasn’t willing (or knowledgeable enough) to correct her error. President isn’t much better as he promised to look into a matter, and never followed up. Upon moving my business elsewhere, I was then sent my paid promissory note which then had to be taken to the city for filing along with a fee requiring cash, or an additional processing fee. For anyone who might read this review, save your precious time and choose a BIG box bank who takes care of details AND VALUES even the “small” customers. Shame on you, Tom Bean Bank.
