We were referred to Guild by the builders of our new home. Our loan officer Katie Ramirez (she is at the new mayberry office now) has been super rad, and on top of communication. I got emails and requests from various people within the company but she always jumped right on confirming and answering any questions. She took care of checking in on construction status too. Their online portal is also a major plus for uploading documents instead of emailing or faxing.
