The Heritage Bank, a division of Heritage Southeast Bank, is the best bank in Hinesville. They are more than just a local, hometown bank; however, they retain that small-town feel, where, as a client, you do not simply feel like a number in a database. Their lending power is much more than that of it's small-town competitors as they have branched out to work with financial institutions out of Atlanta, and the lower interest rates reflect the benefits of that expansion. From the excellent customer service on the teller lines and in the phone center, to their ability to keep up technologically via constantly-updated banking apps, anti-fraud WatchDog security running in the background, and SecureLock (which allows you to shut you card off if you left it at the register in WalMart), The Heritage Bank specializes in excellence all-around. They are one of the best banks in the community, and they are always giving back. Whether it's a Shred-Ex event for the local community to get rid of sensitive documents on the bank's dime, or a holiday event for the kids, one can count on seeing THB out in the community consistently.

20 years I've been a customer. never had the issues I have at this bank with any other bank. technical issues, rude customer service. I can not and will not recommend this bank. I permanently closed my account today and so glad to be done week this bank. seriously! sadly I I'm friends with an officer in this bank. she was the only way things got taken care of. there are much better choices in small town banks in the area. I recommend the Glennville Bank

Okay first off I have to say I used to bank with Heritage. However, I stopped because of how I was treated at the main branch in Hinesville. However, at the branch in Ludowici I was never treated poorly. If ever there was an issue with a deposit or with my account, they promptly helped me remedy the situation instead of placing blame on me
