      I think VyStar Credit Union should reconsider partnering with Heritage Southeast Bank because it is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I was sent 2 letters, both dated July 15, 202. The first one from Hunter Mason, Client Care Team Supervisor in Hinesville, GA. This letter was thanking me for bringing a few concerns that I had to their attention. The second letter from Heritage Southeast Bank saying they were closing my account effective August 15, 2021. I had already gone through enough aggravation dealing with it taking around 3 months to get a new debit card once their local ATM took my card due to having left it in the terminal for less than a minute between transactions. Three people with this bank told me 3 different things regarding how to obtain my debit card or getting a new and all 3 were false. Prior to getting my new card, there had been some unapproved and fraudulent debits made against my card, so I ended up speaking to Jennifer Flanery, Debit/Credit Card Dept. Supervisor in Hinesville GA. as well. She said for "my protection" they would have to cancel my card, which caused me even more aggravation since I still had not received my new one. I STRONGLY advise anyone not to choose this bank, but if you make the horrible decision to do so then I suggest that you done't call the main office in Hinesville because they are clueless.
