Very unprofessional! Darius from the St. Louis branch is the reason my Husband & I are not interested in doing business with this company. Very disappointed their website states 5 minute loan approval, when indeed that's not true! Darius took our application by phone on yesterday, I called to check status this morning it's still being processed and my Husband's credit hadn't been accessed. At this point, no thank you we'll do business elsewhere! I asked to speak with a Supervisor to make sure no accidents happen & Darius told me they were all out of office until tomorrow.

We had a fast, friendly, and efficient experience in refinancing our home. Our loan officer was Jack Pazderka. Most everything was done electronically, with the exception of signatures at closing. We were able to chose a place to close that was convenient for both of us. I would highly recommend dealing with The Home Loan Expert Ryan Kelley.
