      Worst customer service. Attempted to use ATM but was out of money. The withdrawal for funds came out of my account but I received no cash from the ATM. Called the following business day and they asked that I wait one day to see the reversal. When I did not see the reversal, I called again. I was told it could take up to a week to receive my money back! When I questioned the delay they called their central office who told me to file a dispute with my bank and that could take up to 2-3 weeks!!! Don’t ever use this bank, or their ATM as they have antiquated systems and no sense of urgency, particularly when they are at fault.
