I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily and Walter. We were just “sort of” looking at homes in AZ when we fell in love with one we saw listed online. Almost all of the planets were aligned for us except we didn’t have the pre approval letter needed to present with our offer. Our wonderful agent recommended Emily and Walter, what a blessing that was. Despite being a weekend Emily went above and beyond to get us pre approved so that we were able to present a more attractive offer.
