      I've been trying to get my money out of this bank for nearly a month now, and they still have over $1500.00 of my money. They've blocked my savings account from being allowed to transfer money with no valid reason, they refused to close my 0.00 balance checking account - but still threatened to charge me a $30.00 "no balance" fee on that account. They have over $1500.00 of my money that I've had to jump through multiple hoops to try to get out of this bank to deposit into my new bank, and have already spent hours over 4 trips to my physical bank location. I should have been able to simply transfer all of my money to my new bank, but I've been given multiple conflicting and time-wasting explanations about how to actually get these accounts closed, and how to get the remainder of my own money out of this bank. To say I'm frustrated with this bank is an understatement.
