  I have done a few google reviews before and this is a rare instance where I felt strong enough of an opinion to give a negative review. I was looking to refinance our seasonal place and wanted to work with someone local. We have excellent credit so usually getting someone to work with us is not much of an issue. They stated off great. Nice and friendly and gave a bunch of different scenarios depending on how the appraisal went and what the rates were at the time so we decided to go with them. They ran a credit check and requested all of our personal finance info (paystubs, W2s, etc). After that they basically ghosted us. I called and emailed a handful of times over the next two months after the hard inquiry was ran (I have credit monitoring). The best I received was a “let me check and I will call you back.” I finally reached out and contacted the manager and she was nice a apologized and said she would have someone get back to me. I told her that would be great but I had to know in the next week with a return my call or I was going elsewhere. I never had a single email or phone call. We went to a different place but it was local to our primary house. We ended up with a timely appraisal and a better than we were hoping for rate. We did have to take extra steps in documentation because we had to verify and explain why we had a hard inquiry by this bank.
