      I can’t say enough good things about Joy Bates and CrossCountry Mortgage. We bought our first home in March of 2015. Joy was there every step of the way to make the process as painless as possible. Fast forward to March of 2020; Joy saw how much lower the rates were and called me out of the blue to recommend a refinance. We were able to go from a 30-year loan to a 15-year loan with only a slightly higher monthly payment. You will NOT get this kind of customer service and personal attention with a larger bank or big box lenders! She did such a good job that I recommended her to one of my good friends, and he was able to do the same thing I did. If you’re thinking about buying a new home or doing a refinance do not go to anyone else, use Joy and CrossCountry Mortgage!
