      Wish I could give Zero Stars! This is a total garbage lender! They appear to be doing something shady over there. The lender requirements are Way outside of the industry standards. They appear to be willing to do underhanded things to kill real estate deals even 5 days before closing! Save yourself a lot of headache and Stay Away from this lender! There are plenty of other good lenders out there!

      Mortgage saved by another Lender: Bill Ajello took no steps other than collecting my information to process my loan. Being a 1099 I had a more difficult task than a traditional client, but he assured me he knew what his underwriters were looking for. My loan never made it out of pre-processing, the underwriters couldn't work with my employment history as 1099, the exact issue I was concerned about. They make you sign a credit card statement before the loan is submitted, tried to charge me $1,000+, and only after escalating to their regional manager did some of it get reversed....that was after they claimed that they didn't know I was 1099 until after I submitted my loan, changed their tune when I had email/ phone documentation. In contrast another lender made one call to Freddie Mac, and I closed in 3 weeks, plenty of other lenders in Dallas, stay away.
