  Don't believe postive reviews, the reality is this company is ran so poorly you can end up owing thousands when attempting to buy a home due to their incompetency and unprofessional behavior. I'd be surprised if they have not been sued. There was no professionalism and we were constantly made to wait and not sent documents because Crystal "had to put her kids to bed first" and didn't get to her paperwork or send out documents to us and other parties. The lies she made to the realtor and attorneys consistently had us all in shock. Documents must have been forged because after moving the date of closing multiple times due to them not answering the phone for the attorneys and making up excuses the day of the closing date, we found out a loan that was apparently already secured by Maryann/Crystal was only first requested/filed on the original closing date. The attorney called the company on the documents who alerted us of this and were incredibly upset to have their company viewed negatively because of the lending source and they actually used one of their agents for us. Thankfully this other company was able to get the loan completed quickly so 2 families did not end up losing their prospective homes after ALREADY packing and moving out. This costed thousands of dollars extra to not lose the house and have a 2nd innocent family lose their deal on their new home. This company should be ashamed.

  Jessica- thank you for clarifying. I have zero knowledge of a loan for you or Ron. I am a Loan Officer and Crystal was a processor with us until early last year. I did not write a loan for you and I do not know either you or Ron. I apologize for any misunderstanding but Crystal was a contract processor and worked for multiple companies. I believe that you are falsely accusing The Lending Source. I’m terribly sorry for what it sounds like you went through but it was not at The Lending Source. I would have had to write your loan but I didn’t and I have never spoken to either of you. I have repeatedly offered to gladly speak to you. I don’t understand how this could have happened and would love an opportunity to talk.

  My experience with Maryann from the Lending Source was 5 Stars! I have purchased other homes with other Mortgage/Bank affiliations and never experienced the professionalism and support that I received from this office. I highly recommend Maryann, she held my hand throughout the entire process. My credit was not achievable when I first applied for the loan, however, The Lending Source provided me with resources to assist in improving my credit score.
