  First time home buyer, Nova made it pretty easy with frequent communication and availability to ask questions. More times than once they were flexible to my work schedule. I had a rare experience of the loan being financed outside of the correct "terms" but Nova home loan caught it, worked out the details refinanced at a lower monthly payment.

  We purchased a new home in 2020 and closed on a refi just a few days ago. We were very pleased with the service provided by The Leon Team on both occasions. Their team was quick to work actions and provided timely responses to our inquiries. Adrienne walked us through the entire refi process and was more than willing to run several scenarios in order for us to make an informed decision.
