      Linda Rogers, Sedona and Kimberly were all amazing to work with. I was working with a larger national online lender but it was Linda who was able to creatively put a loan together that met all of our needs. She also recommended I wait to lock-in my rate which ended saving me almost a full percent on my loan. Trust Linda's intuition on the market trends, she is a lending lioness! I had regular voice to voice calls and regular emails with Linda, Sedona and Kimberly. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process. The only hiccup that caught me off guard was just following closing I received a notice in the mail that my loan was transferred to another bank. I was surprised that nobody from the office called me to give me a head's up. When I did call the office, Sedona was amazing and did some follow up with Loan Simple HQ to ensure I was all set up. Working with the team through close was seamless. Thank you!!!

      Linda Rogers is incredible. While many people in real estate work for themselves (their commissions), Linda worked for me and me alone in a very challenging and protracted property purchase, my first. She locked in a great interest rate, keep it alive, and closed the loan in what ended up being a very narrow window without a single glitch on her end. She and her team were swift, precise (NO errors in her paperwork, not one, unlike other paperwork I was reviewing!). Linda is courteous, intelligent, responsive, and extremely clear in her communication. Best of all she was generous with her time and energies, taking the time to educate me as we moved along which was so helpful as I was a first time buyer. I recommend her and her team very highly.
