      I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else! We want to thank our awesome realtor Ashley Rodriguez aka A-rod and her partner Joe! I would definitely recommend Ashley and Joe to all my family and friends! We decided to sale our home in Lakeland Hills- it was our first home that we bought 18 years age. Ashley knew her business. She came to initial meeting us and was very helpful and informational and explained the whole process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate! She even had a graph that showed how the houses nearby how much time they were on the market it was very informative and it put me at ease. Let me just say Ashley is Super responsive!!!! I had so many questions and I kept asking since I was new to the whole process, she was so friendly and professional. She even setup a date for the stagers to come help our house have facelift… they had setup house beautifully I was shocked it was my house and they did it so fast in 45 minutes!       House shopping in today's market was supposed to be a lot more stressful. Not so working with Joe Kiser and Jason Fox with The Madrona Group. They navigated me through the process and advocated for me every step of the way. I'm absolutely amazed at their commitment to service and I can't thank them enough!!!
