  I have been living here for 4 years. The management and maintenance guys are awesome and friendly. I wish I could live here for longer but I am getting a transfer of job so I have to finally move out of here next month. I would recommend this place to everyone. I moved out of this place couple of years back because of job transfer. Hopefully this place is as awesome as it was.

  This place is awful. My unit has been infested with 3 types of insects since I’ve moved in. Maintenance and staff don’t resolve issues and ignore requests/correspondence for months. They didn’t respond until I got a lawyer. Staff has illegally entered my apartment without permission at least three times (twice while I wasn’t dressed) and I had to get a camera. I’ve made complaints about neighbor’s partying and they do absolutely nothing. Tonight is 2nd night in a row I’m being kept up past 3:30am. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Run away from this place!! It’s hell.

  I lived at the Mansions for 4 years and if I weren't moving out of state, I would still be there. Staff, including maintenance, are responsive and personable. They always greeted you with a smile and remember your name and unit number (even when you haven't seen them in months!). I could go on and on about this place, but I'll keep this as brief as possible... the units are beautiful, and having an attached garage in the winter is amazing (hard to find when renting). The outdoor recreation areas are awesome and upkept (pool, grills, fire pit, basketball, and tennis courts). The units are built very well, I never heard my neighbors. Additionally, there are some really nice features, like a tankless hot water heater and built-in vacuum system. There are only a few downsides but I don't think they take away from the 5-star peaceful living that this community provided me. 1. No pets (besides fish)... believe me, I get why they dont let pets in... they are loud and make messes inside and outside. And they are a liability. I would have loved having a dog though. 2.Price. These are luxury apartments so, yeah, they aren't cheap. But you pay for what you get. They aren't much different in price than what you'd find in Hartford, CT and those aren't as nice. 3. It's located in a rural area, so getting to your destination requires driving. However, you're only a 10 min drive to shopping and I-91, so it really isn't that bad. I liked how quiet it was and you were surrounded by nature, so it was worth the drive. 4. No electronic payments; check only. You get used to it though. The office is right at the front of the community so you just drop it in the mailbox. Easy. I can't think of much else. This place is amazing... I rarely write reviews but they truly earned this. If you're at all interested, just go take a look and see for yourself. You won't regret it!
