This team has helped us with 6 transactions over the years including new purchases and re-fi's. They're the only team I trust to handle our mortgage needs. They do SUCH a great job of making sure things go smoothly, and they always deliver exactly what was discussed. No surprises, and as little stress as possible. Just out of curiosity I looked at Rocket Mortgage last month before our most recent re-fi transaction with Mark's Cornerstone team, and found the fees (points and such) to be tons higher than what Mark's team was able to provide. I strongly advise you to call Mark and go over options before you decide on some impersonal app or website where you're just a number.
