  Randal, Logan and the entire team at Willow Bend Mortgage were a dream to work with. This was our first time buying a home, and they made the process a perfect experience for us. I would, and will, recommend anyone I know who is buying or building to Randal and his team. They were patient, informative, quick, responsive; overall 5 stars does not seem like a high enough rating to give. Thank you for getting us into our dream home quickly and painlessly!

  Randal and his team were fantastic to work with! My fiancé and I had a bit of a unique situation where our original lender was unexpectedly unable to complete service on our loan, and Randal picked up the ball, ran with it, and got us closed on time and with no hassle. Logan's video updates at the end of each week were a great way of keeping us on track and informed as first time home buyers, too! Above all else, Randal was remarkably responsive throughout the process to calls, texts, and emails. Altogether, they made both of us feel valued as clients in a way that is rare in this day and age. I cannot recommend them enough!

  I worked with Randal on a VA home loan and couldn't be more pleased. Randal was very straight forward with me and didn't make any promises he couldn't deliver. I shopped multiple lenders and eventually ended up back with Randal. Randal even showed up to closing, which we weren't expecting. Randal and his team are top notch and will exclusively be my lender of choice going forward!
