      I always enjoy using this branch of the Middlefield Banking Company. The stuff is polite and helpful. I also often use check processing electronically after hours. The machine is always available and never offline, as I have occasionally found at other branches.

      While I love small local banks, this bank has been horrible. Brett Richey was unhelpful and spoke in a very condescending and ignorant manner. I wanted to enjoy this bank and their so called "commitment to the community" but with the way their staff treats customer, that couldn't happen.
