I had help a friend translate the person that was attending my friend didn't even let me explain what we needed all she insisted is that my friend needed an id and what we nneded is a statement that the birth certificate match with the kids birth certificate were the same last names but the woman didn't even try to help she was talking over me

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to help. In order for me to notarized your documents I need a validate ID. She didn’t have a ID. A social security card and birth certificate wouldn’t work. If she come with a valid ID then I be able to notary her documents. Thank you for business!!!
