      I would leave negative stars if that were possible. Use Matt Anderson if you never want to be able to get ahold of your loan officer. The man is horrible at his job and you’d have a higher chance of your pet fish calling you back on his fish bowl phone than Matt Anderson actually doing his job and picking up. He’s absolutely not worth a penny or a second of your life. I’m warning you now, hang up the phone and find someone else to do your mortgage besides this man!!! His assistant Laura is great though, and the receptionist is friendly! If Laura was a loan officer I’d use her because she actually cares if your family gets into the home they have been trying to buy for months.
