We refinanced our house through The Mortgage Company and our representative, Vince Link, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed with every step. This was a time with record low interest rates so ours was among 100s of refinancing applications. That being said, Vince was still attentive to ours and always informed us of any situation that might arise to get every detail taken care of as if we were his only client. He kept the process moving as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Bad communication, Phill does not return customer phone calls and make changes with out telling customers until closing day. Not professional enough. Don't recommend this company. I will definitely not use them again for future property purchases. His wife Julie did a better communication job but they still did changes with out telling me or asking if it was ok to do so
