Toby was great at giving it to you straight and would always think of other alternate ideas and paths to take along the way should they be necessary. Being timely and in the moment whether it was the fine details and trying to stay ahead of the process or it was crunch time and lighting a 🔥 under your buns to get what was needed done (we all need that sometimes as our lives are busy with life in general, thanks for that Toby and team). As for other team members that corresponded with us, Joyce and Tammy, they both seemed to be on top of communication with us in helping to facilitate the process. Joyce was helpful and easy to talk to as well. I only corresponded through email with Tammy and she was timely on her reminders of paperwork to be submitted.
