Karen worked with us diligently and patiently as we tried to secure a rate/mortgage - all this remotely and during the holidays! Despite the challenges, Karen successfully locked us in and prepared us for the closing of our new home (Feb. 2022). We appreciated her help (and from her team) every step of the way.
