  Ashley Collier has been amazing to work with these past couple of weeks. Everything was super easy, simple, and fast. We closed only 11 days after getting cleared! Ashley even gave us a plan to refinance soon because of the current high rates and saved us from paying for discount points now. Would highly recommend her as your lender!

  Ashley Collier truly is the Mortgage Maven! I shopped for mortgage loans with several other lenders and was most impressed by her rate and pricing, and then the bonus was her helpfulness and clear communication. She was available anytime, day or night, to assist me to make this process as smooth as possible. I found that especially helpful because I was in and out of cell phone coverage while on vacation. She takes care of the little things so that my time isn't bogged down with extra work. We ran into a problem during the closing meeting but Ashley dealt with it in a most prifessional manner. The issue was solved and we were still able to close! I would recommend her to all of my family, friends, and neighbors
