  I have used Scott for years now. He has completed 3 refinancing for me the last one will be my last because of my age and the low rate I received. I always look at the payback to me on anything. With this loan he rolled my Solar loan into my mortgage and saved me around $300 a month. I like it that he looks at the payback you get before he recommends any type of refinancing. If you are looking for someone that does a great job of staying on top of things and will look after your best interests then this is the guy that you want to do your loan. Over the past 25 year maybe a little longer I have recommended him to all of my friends and he has done a great job for those that choose to have them work with him. If you are looking at refinancing and I do not see why you would not if you have an APR above or around 4% you need to give him a call and see what is currently available. Highest rating for service I could give anyone. Unless you are halfway through your mortgage or you want to improve your chase flow you need to talk to someone and I do recommend Scott.

  If there were more than 5 stars available to give to Scott I'd do it! That's because his knowledge and ability to take what can seem to be complex (to those of us who aren't mortgage lenders) and put things into understandable terms is outstanding. This is not my first mortgage or refinance working with Scott yet it was by far the easiest due largely to Scott's expertise in making sure all of the "moving pieces" were handled in the most efficient way. He also kept my best interest at hand as he'd "coach me" through when the interest rate was optimum and what I needed to do in order to take advantage of the rate. Scott's attention to detail and ability to help navigate with ease what can be a daunting and emotional process is what keeps me coming back to the Mortgage Resource. Thanks Scott!

  I just completed a refinance of my home with The Mortgage Resource and I cannot sing Scott’s praises loud enough. This was a very emotional time for me personally and he was the calm I needed during this process. He answered all my questions….and I’ve been told I ask a lot. He was knowledgeable, patient and made sure I understood every step of the process. He has great instincts too. When I started the process, I was expecting one rate and he said, “Let’s give it one more day, I’ve been watching the market.” The next day the rate dropped .25%. I was ecstatic! The whole process was completed quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend The Mortgage Resource. You won’t find better professionalism or service anywhere.
