  My family.had to move during a less than ideal time...an extremely fast paced sellers market where we are competing with cash offers well over asking price. It was our first home buying experience and very daunting. Kris Harahan made it feel honestly fun and safe. We got our second offer accepted in a sought after area, with a VA loan, at asking price. She helped us navigate looking, making offers, negotiating unusual circumstances with the seller, connected us with a great mortgage company and very helpful lawyer to guide us through the closing. She even connected us with contractors and inspectors over the course of the deal to help us understand any work that the home might need. She even often spoke with various family members to help us all work through tough moments and to keep us all in the same page. She was patient, available, flexible and supportive. I highly reccomend working with Kris on your home buying journey.

  I worked with Josh and his team to sell my place in JP. I was doing this remotely from the west coast and during the pandemic. Despite those challenges, they made it easy to get the property prepped for sale and handled all of the logistics. I really appreciated the team's local knowledge and connections as well as their professional service and support. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property in JP or the surrounding neighborhoods and towns.

  I have worked with The Muncey Group twice now - First, Josh helped me purchase my first condo in 2013 and then 8 years later, Morgan just helped me sell the same property. Morgan and Josh are both extremely professional, responsive and helpful. Most recently selling with Morgan as my agent, she guided me through the whole process from staging, photographs, open houses, inspection, appraisal, fire inspection, real estate attorney all the way to closing. I felt that she always had my best interest in mind when it came to both listing price and comparing offers as they came in. She spent many hours and weekends hosting open houses and conducting private showings to make sure there was visibility on the listing and traffic to find the right buyer. I highly recommend them and will be reaching out when I'm ready to buy again!
