.We had an excellent experience with Nick and his team! We originally were going to go with Better Mortgage, but due to them not offering renovation loans in our state, we reached out to Nick instead. Nick was communicative throughout the process and helped us through a few hiccups in the purchase process - I honestly don't know if our original lender could have closed on time after those issues. A big shout out to Alexis as well - she was a huge help in getting our documents ready for underwriting. Thanks guys!

Nick was so amazing! We gamed out all the best options, I got ALL my questions answered, and most importantly he has some of the best communication I've seen from a lender! He would give me the numbers before I walked into a home and was on top of contacting the listing agent to make my offer stand out. Not to mention the moving kit he gave me at the closing which was exactly what I needed!! Nick and his team really went the extra mile and it made all the difference!
