      Poor service, 4 people there, I'm the only customer. But "no one is there" who can open a new savings account for my son. Not what you expect from a local bank... If you want bad service, might as well go to one of the big corporate banks. They will at least have more branch offices in more towns.

      Great service in the actual bank. But the 24/hr automated call system and online banking are a joke. Both unusable for me. Been fussing with it for almost a year, called in for help and all. and I give up. Sorry Northumberland! I'm going with a better bank that can better suit my mobile needs.
