      The Patterson Company was a huge help to my wife and I when we bought our first home. We had been somewhat overwhelmed, trying to get rates and terms from dozens of different banks so that we could compare terms and rates. Many of the banks were pushing us to submit applications. And the process was getting very time consuming. After we called the Patterson Company, they did all that work for us. They found us some great mortgage rates, with really good terms. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand all the different loan options available to us. That enabled us to make an informed decision, with the peace of mind that we were not missing any important details. Throughout the closing process, the Patterson Company was responsive to our questions and concerns. They also provided us with periodic updates, letting us know what to expect next from the bank and from escrow. After it was all done, our only regret was the time we wasted before we called the Patterson Company. We should have called them first. We highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to finance a home purchase.
