  Will Smith is the BEST! My husband and I have been struggling with our credit for years, waiting for old medical bills and a few debts to fall off our credit report with no success. Will came highly recommended from a family member so we gave it a go. Our new credit lines have quickly outpaced the cost of the program. This new world we're being thrust into.... All I can advise is get your credit in order, the sooner the better. Our credit report was cleaned up so fast, just a few months. We're finally able to get approved again! The counsel we received from Will well equipped us to manage our debt better and helped us fully understand how the whole system works. He really knows his stuff, very professional, patient and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend him.

  Brian has been a huge help in my credit clean up process. I wanted to clean up my credit report to set myself up for the future and my immediate goal was to get approved for a top tier travel rewards credit card. Within the first couple months I received a credit card pre-approval notice from my main airline. After discussing the pre-approval with Brian, we decided to go ahead and apply. My score has been increasing, my credit report looks better and I got approved for the card I wanted. I’m not even finished with the program yet! I couldn’t be happier!

  Can't say enough about Phenix. I called because of a derogatory notice on my credit for a debt I didn't know about. From the beginning, I was upfront with Brian about how I wasn't completely sure I wanted to go the credit repair route, and might just end up paying the collection agency to delete the item off my account (it was a small, <$1000 debt). I made sure he knew this because I didn't want to waste his time, especially when I learned that customers here usually get charged at least as much as my small debt was worth for their services. Nonetheless, Brian gave me about 30 minutes of free advice that was very useful, especially when it came to how to deal with collection agencies and what exactly to ask for from them. After my call with him, I hung up and called the collection agency, convincing them to accept 35 cents on the dollar to delete the debt off my account completely, something which I would not have known how to do without Brian's advice. Brian knew full well that my situation was probably too small to warrant their full service, but helped me anyways for no compensation. I can't thank him enough for that. All in all, this place clearly has expertise and a general attitude of helpfulness, so I recommend it wholeheartedly.
